I love San Antonio. I especially LOVE Laura and Frank’s San Antonio wedding. After I post my favorites from their day, I think you will agree with me too!

As I’m writing this post, my palms are clammy and I’m wracking my brain to come up with something intelligible, possibly witty, to write that might be up to Flora’s par. You see, Flora has a successful career writing for the New York Times and Ian, well I’m embarrassed to say I can’t remember what he does, but he looks like a man who could leave me crying at a game of Scrabble. Luckily for them I didn’t feel this much pressure while shooting the wedding. Flora’s charming sass is a great complement to Ian’s composed demeanor. I’m so glad that they chose to have me there to document their big day! Their international wedding was thoughtfully planned out, even down to the cutest cake topper ever!! I could’ve written an entire post on that alone. Congratulations to the both of you! I hope you’re enjoying your honeymoon over in Taiwan and Japan.

These assorted chocolates was Flora’s gift to her bridesmaids. Flora kept saying how good the green tea flavored ones were and instructing the ladies not to fight over them. At one point I was almost certain they were probably made from unicorns.

The server accidentally knocked over the cake toppers as he was slicing up the cake. Although it was a little shocking to see them head-first in the icing, it made for a great photo op.

Just got back from Flora and Ian’s beautiful wedding in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Here is one of my favorite shots from the evening, the rest is yet to come. What a great way to get back in the game and kick off the wedding season! I have an incredible line up of weddings with some pretty exceptional brides and grooms. I hope you’re all ready because I sure am :]
